The Columbia pattern was conceived in the early 1880's. Capturing the spirit of the Victorian era's fascination with heraldry, its distinctive sage green coloration was developed in the second half of the 20th Century when the pattern was being executed on fire bone china. Griffins, a floral motif, and a hand-applied 24-karat gold band are among its distinctive characteristics. All items are sold in a beautiful Wedgwood gift box.
